Lens is rejected even though we have copyrights!

Hi there

Our lens got rejected and the reason given was "Contains copyrighted content".

But we've struck an official deal with the copyright holder and we have the rights to use their copyrighted content to build lenses for them.

Who do I share a copy of our agreement with? We need to get our lens back up online ASAP since its damaging the client's marketing campaign and hurting their reputation.

    open ~/Library/Preferences/Snap/Lens\ Studio/ %LOCALAPPDATA%\Snap\Lens Studio Copy Text
  • Press ReturnEnter to run the command. The Lens Studio folder will automatically open
  • Prepare to upload your files: zip the "Log" Folder by right-clicking and choosing "compress."
    Locate the Log.txt file right above it.
