Hey Daniel,
You can have those Face Insert as a child of another sceneobject so when you switch between videos and disabling them make sure your faceinsert won't get disabled.
For the second question are you sure your having two people in the camera. it should work by default when your having the second face index.

I was able to make the billboard switch between different videos - but when its more than 2, the playback starts to get very choppy. The videos are compressed to 150k - any idea what may be causing that?
