Problem, reject my lens

    Thanks for submitting your Lens "gadeer". Unfortunately, it violates our guidelines and has been rejected. Please note that if you were updating an existing lens, the previous version is still live.

    Reason for rejection:
    Potentially offensive to a particular group of individuals

  • I Submitted over 10 lenses and they rejected all of them I even submitted and empty lens and they reject it also

    If you think your lens got rejected for no reason, please reach out to the lens studio team by sending them a email to lensstudio-support@snapchat.com

    make sure to include lens id so they can investigate

    You can find it under the lens snapcode.

  • Copy and paste this text into your TerminalCommand Window
    open ~/Library/Preferences/Snap/Lens\ Studio/ %LOCALAPPDATA%\Snap\Lens Studio Copy Text
  • Press ReturnEnter to run the command. The Lens Studio folder will automatically open
  • Prepare to upload your files: zip the "Log" Folder by right-clicking and choosing "compress."
    Locate the Log.txt file right above it.
