• Hi Pedro,

In order for Lenses to appear on your creator profile and Snap Camera, you need a combination of things: a live Lens; popularity; and adherence to the Lens Studio Submission Guidelines (so that the content is appropriate for the public). To add a Lens, boost it's popularity by posting it on our Forum or other social sites as recommended in this guide. Given this, if you think your Lenses should still show feel free to pass along your Lens IDs so we can take a deeper look.

    Cheers,
    Karolina

  • Hi Karolina,

    Thanks for the quick reply!

  • Hi Pedro,

If you can confirm that you have the rights to use the content in the Lens then I will let the review team know and they can revisit the decision.

    Cheers,

    Karolina

  • Hi Karolina,

I just updated all of my lenses with Music that I have the rights to. They are currently live and are ready to be reviewed. I would appreciate if you do pass my request along to the review team to revisit the decision.

Thanks and have a great weekend,

    Pedro

  • Hi Karolina!

Two of the lenses have appeared on my profile 🎉. Not sure why the 3rd one (0f6471e5-d468-4179-96e6-d9ed7e94f8be) hasn't appeared. Did it not get approved?

In addition, I have a few more lenses that have 1,000+ views. I believe I adhere to all the guidelines, so I have 2 questions:

    • What is minimum number of views the lens needs to be published on my profile?
    • Is there a way for me to control the order of the lenses or is it organized by Popularity?

    Here are the ID's:

Thank you so much for your help!

  • Hi Pedro,

Not all Lenses are visible in your profile, especially if you've just launched the Lens and it hasn't been shared enough via the Snapcode/Lens link. For additional tips on how to optimize sharing your Lens, check out this guide.

    Happy Creating,
