Is there anyway allowing user to select a photo from their phone album, and that photo will occupy the full screen, and then I can apply head binding (face detection) on that photo, so I can display object or makeup on the face of the photo?
Since I saw someone able to make a lens allowing user to select a photo from their phone album and put it in the AR world.

This unfortunately is not possible with a photo selected from the camera roll. Basically, we do not "track" the faces in the camera roll photos. Thanks for the feature request though! Noted.

then Is there any way I can detect 2 people's face characteristics and generate how their baby may looks like according to their eye, mouth shape etc ?
One example I think of is, extract their eyes, nose etc and attach to a new baby face image.
The Face Inset feature does support two faces through the "Face Index" parameter.

You could for example us the eyes from on face and the nose from another in a final face composition. Or have the eyes of your friend attached to your face and your eyes attached to their face.
