Getting a snap code before lens being published, and liking two lenses with the same code?
Hey everybody!
Everything is on the title :
1/ I need to print my snap code before effectively publishing it, so is it possible to get the SC before the lens being published?
2/ I have two different lenses that I want to associate to the same code so when you scan the code, our user is being proposed two lenses. Is it possible?
Thank you for your answers!

Hi Benoit,
- You can't get the Snapcode without submitting the Lens in My Lenses, however, you can submit and once the Lens is approved and Snapcode is provided, you can go into My Lenses and switch the Lens to OFFLINE. This will turn the Lens off and then when you are ready to make it live again, just go back to My Lenses and turn it on. You can also submit a new version of the Lens, which will update the creative, but NOT the Snapcode.
- It is possible to activate two experiences within a Lens, but you will need to build it as a single experience that has two states (i.e. Lens option one is visible and you ask the user to tap for option two). Note that the total Lens experience will need to adhere to the 4MB limit.
Let us know if you have additional questions.
Happy creating,
Natasha

Hi Natasha,
Thank u for your answer: it's cristal clear.
I've got one last question : is it possible to use the Ghost on my Snapcode, or is it reserved for sponsored lens/OP. You can see an example below.
Once again, thank u so much for your help.

Hi Benoit,
The Snapcode that includes a ghost in the center is generated for different types of activations. If you want to publish a Lens within My Lenses in Lens Studio, you will not have an option for the ghost. However, publishing jn this manner will provide you a Snapcode and Lens Link that you can share with others and when they unlock the Lens, they have the option to further share it on their Story and in chat.
If you're interested in the options available to pay to promote your Lens, please check out: https://forbusiness.snapchat.com/tools/
Thanks,

Hi Natasha,
Thank you so much for your help (and sorry it took me so long to do thank you!). I've got one more question : does a Lens published within Lens Studio has necessarily to be public and will it necessarily appear in the Trending Lenses on https://lensstudio.snapchat.com/lenses/. Can it be only spread by its Snap Code that we share by ourselves.
Merci mille fois !
Benoît

Hi Benoît,
Currently Community Lenses are by nature, public, so there is no way to block the Lens from appearing in search or Lens Explorer. If you want to ensure a Community Lens doesn't spread, I recommend you deactivate it in My Lenses until you want to make it "active." Please note once it is active, others could potentially find it and use it, as there is no one to block this from happening.Alternatively, you can submit the Lens as a Sponsored Lens, which are private until the campaign begins.Cheers,
