【AD question】Ad to Lens

  • Hi Lens Lab,

    Were you able to get specific feedback on the creative? If not, please let me know the Lens name and/or IDs so that we may be able to find the Lenses.

    As for Lens Challenges, Lens Studio does not currently offer the ability to submit a Lens as a Challenge. I'll let the engineers know you desire to be able to do this though!

    Thank you for your response and sorry for my delayed reply.

    I‘ve successfully submitted the ad to lens now  :)

     

    Also, I'm very interested in the Lens Challenge. If I can't submit a challenge in Lens Studio yet, where should I go to submit the challenge? 

    I've noticed there are Lens Creators who started Lens Challenges.

    Glad to hear you were able to submit. As for the Lens Challenges, we are working with certain creators on a trial by trial basis. As I mentioned, there is no self-service way to submit a challenge though it is a feature we are considering including in the future. Happy to see you have ideas for Challenges though!

    open ~/Library/Preferences/Snap/Lens\ Studio/ %LOCALAPPDATA%\Snap\Lens Studio Copy Text
  • Press ReturnEnter to run the command. The Lens Studio folder will automatically open
  • Prepare to upload your files: zip the "Log" Folder by right-clicking and choosing "compress."
    Locate the Log.txt file right above it.
