Better teeth whitening?
I would like to whiten the user's teeth on my lens. The built in whitening feature i find unsuitable for what I am trying to do. Does anyone know of another way to whiten teeth that is more affective? Someone created a teeth whitening lens on the lens studio website that seems to work much better, but I have no idea how they did it.
Thanks.
So i figured out a way to do it. I used a face mask. I found and image of someone smiling and took it into photo shop and created a white blurred shape on the inside of the mouth. I then save just that as a png with alpha. In lens studio I imported the original image and used the detect face. I then swapped that image with the png of the inside of the mouth that i had created. I then checked the "No Opacity Tex." and the "Draw Mouth" boxes and set my blending mode to average. It gave me a look close to what I was looking for.
The issue I am having now is that I want to make the mouth bigger using face inset, but when I do that the Face Mask that is whitening the teeth does not follow along. Any ideas?
Hey Sam, for the face inset, try changing the Source Texture field in the Inspector from Device Camera Texture (the raw camera) to Camera Output. Hope that helps!
Ok, that was the solution. Thank you so much. I can stop pulling my hair out now.
