Whats the Difference between the default UV Textures in Lens Studio?

The Mesh UV0 is your actual UV of your 3D mesh.
If you assign two UV set inside the 3D mesh you can use Mesh UV1 to access to second UV of your 3D mesh.
You should mostly use Mesh UV0 only with your project.
If you want to change the UV size and offset or animate your UV map you can set to Transformed UV 2 or 3.
Before setting to Transformed UV make sure to check the Transformed UV 2's checkbox then you can change the offset and scale or animate the UV map in Lens Studio.
