Can I create custom lenses for businesses as a contractor?

Hello, I have been searching for any rules on using the creator's studio to make custom lenses for clients and businesses but I keep being redirected to the general snapchat for business page. I was wondering if I am interested in starting an AR contracting business if I could create products for clients and have them accepted by Snap. Could their lenses have their logos? Can I exist as a company that serves to walk clients through the process and that makes custom art for them?

    Hi Andwhatt,

    Thank you for your enthusiasm around creating Lenses and for reaching out to us. If you have the rights to use the assets/ logos and solely attach the Lens to a Snapcode, you are free to use the Lens Studio as you'd wish and to distribute Snapcodes far and wide across different materials. If you are interested in running a sponsored Lens campaign, however, we currently require all campaigns to be run with the assistance of the brand's Snap rep. 

    Also, should you become interested in guaranteed distribution of a Lens, I’m happy to connect you with the sales team.

    open ~/Library/Preferences/Snap/Lens\ Studio/ %LOCALAPPDATA%\Snap\Lens Studio Copy Text
  • Press ReturnEnter to run the command. The Lens Studio folder will automatically open
  • Prepare to upload your files: zip the "Log" Folder by right-clicking and choosing "compress."
    Locate the Log.txt file right above it.

Unfortunately, it's likely due to the operating system or hardware you're using – since they don't meet the system requirements for Lens Studio.

Operating System: Windows 10 (64 bit); MacOS 10.11+

Hardware: Minimum of Intel Core i3 2.5Ghz or AMD Phenom II 2.6Ghz with 4 GB RAM; Intel HD Graphics 4000 / Nvidia GeForce 710 / AMD Radeon HD 6450 or better; screen resolution of 1280x768 or higher
