LensStudio won't open?

    You can download 1.0.2 MacOS version where we returned Yosemite (OS X 10.10) support https://lensstudio.snapchat.com/download

    Could please let us know the exact text of the message (e.g. does it have mentioning of OpenGL in it)? Also, please let us know your your GPU by checking  -  -> About This Mac in Menu.

  • I am also getting the same message although I've never run LensStudio before. Downloaded the current LensStudio 1.0.1.0 as of rn. 

    Running 10.10.5

    Intel HD Graphics 3000 512 MB.

    2.7 GHz Intel Core i7

    16 GB 1333 MHz DDR3

    I'll try on another system but if you have any ideas, feel free to share.

  • Lens Studio 1.0.1 is not running on Yosemite (OS X 10.10), and we are preparing the fix, which will be released really shortly. Thanks for reports and for understaning!

  • Copy and paste this text into your TerminalCommand Window
    open ~/Library/Preferences/Snap/Lens\ Studio/ %LOCALAPPDATA%\Snap\Lens Studio Copy Text
  • Press ReturnEnter to run the command. The Lens Studio folder will automatically open
  • Prepare to upload your files: zip the "Log" Folder by right-clicking and choosing "compress."
    Locate the Log.txt file right above it.
