All individual frames of your animation need to be the same dimensions (Width and Height). The best way to fix this is to open the frames in Photoshop and check the Canvas Size (Image -> Canvas Size). Likely one or some of your animation frames are different sizes. Find the Canvas Size that should fit all of your frames and then set the Canvas Size to that number. You can create a simple action for this to replicate it on all of the frames. Go to Window -> Actions. Click the new button to create a new action. This will enable recording. In this time adjust the Canvas Size, save the image and then close it. Then stop the action from recording more. You now can playback this action on each frame of your animation simply by pressing the action Play button.
Hope that helps!
