How regularly do the stats on "My Lenses" update?

Hi there,

Could someone let me know a bit more about the statistics available on "My Lenses"?

My lens is functioning perfectly, and I see this: https://gyazo.com/7bba58480353115e2f25667fad195c50, but it's currently Jan 22 (five days after the statistics were last updated).

How regularly are statistics collected, and what is the timezone of the updates (my local time, or Snapchat HQ's local time)?

    Hey Bret,

    I answered this offline for you but will re-iterate here:

    The "Updated at" language is a bit confusing as it really means when the Lens was uploaded to "My Lenses" - and not when statistics are refreshed. The statistics on My Lenses are updated once every 24 hours and they need to reach a tally of "5" in each Views, Scans and Shares before they are visible at all.

    open ~/Library/Preferences/Snap/Lens\ Studio/ %LOCALAPPDATA%\Snap\Lens Studio Copy Text
  • Press ReturnEnter to run the command. The Lens Studio folder will automatically open
  • Prepare to upload your files: zip the "Log" Folder by right-clicking and choosing "compress."
    Locate the Log.txt file right above it.
