My lens has been in review for a week. Parallel review?

LensStudio is great! However I've submitted an update to a lens last Friday ("Small Studio") and it is still in review. I there a way to reduce this delay ?
This is particularly problematic for us because we printed the SnapCode on new year's cards for clients, and we cannot ship them if the final version of the lens is not up.
What is even more problematic is that since I thought the review would have took a day or two tops, I worked iteratively, which means that I now have the final version of the lens but I cannot submit it and update the current lens because the last one is still pending review.
Could you approve or "kick" the last so I can submit the final lens, and perhaps help us get approved sooner ?

Happy to hear that you you're a fan of Lens Studio, but sorry to hear the reviewal process wasn't as quick as you imagined.
A quick scan of the forums probably could have told you that people in multiple, other, forum posts also have asking this question and the answer is that secondary submissions (i.e. updates) take longer to review.
Also you could find in other forum posts that modifying a submission once in review is not possible at this time, but on our list of feature requests.
Hopefully your Lens is approved by now, but let me know if it's not.
