I just downloaded Lens Studio today and had created my project. I went to submit my lens, but every time I clicked on submit or my lenses, it'd just stay on a blank white screen without ever changing. Is there a way to fix this so I can upload my lens?

  Hey evrythingxo,

  Have you ever been able to submit any Lenses? Can you see the submit Lens confirmation page?

  And can you try:

  • closing out the my lenses window with the x button on the top right of the window
  • resubmitting
  • waiting a few seconds 

  Let me know if you're able to see the My Lenses screen after that. If not, we can further troubleshoot.

  I'm having the same issue, when I click submit lense I get a loading screen that never ends. I've tried closing out the my lense window and trying again, I've attempted to logout and log back in, I've reinstalled, rebooted computer. All these attempts and I'm still stuck on loading when submitting a lense.

  Hey TheDevTron,

  Did you create the Lens or did someone else create it and send it to you to submit?

  If you created the Lens, is it possible you logged into My Lenses once with a different Snapchat username?

  Hi Joury,

  Can you share a video of what you see when you attempt to open? Are you receiving an error message? Does Lens Studio crash? Any additional details will be super helpful for us to figure out what's going wrong.
