Yeah, so instead of the properties being on the "world controller," put it in the individual object instead. Then you can have each object do separate things.

I'm not sure i understand. Right now i have the "world tracking" component on the camera, so everything stays in place relative to the real world. I want to make it so that only one of the objects stays in place (eg: i can put it on the desk and turn my phone but it stays on the desk), and the other stays on the same spot on the screen (ie: in the corner). If i add the "world tracking" component to the individual object instead of the camera, i end up with a weird angle, and the object doesn't stay in place. Thanks so much!

You can try the following set up for the object you'd like parented to the camera (and not the world):
In the Objects panel, move the SceneObject out of the hierarchy of any other object. In particular, make sure it's not parented to any object with Gyro or WorldTracking components. Position so it's onscreen, and you should see that it stays fixed to the camera.
