This error can occur for a few reasons. Please see the list below for common causes and how to address them:
Cause: Your project file is being synced by a backup software preventing Lens Studio from accessing it.
Solution: Turn off the sync or remove your project folder from the synced folder.
Cause: the file path to your project contains special characters (é) or emojis (🌟)
Solution: Remove any special characters from the file names.
Cause: The file path to your project is too long
Solution: Shorten the names of the folders your project is in or move the folder to your desktop.
Cause: The Project.data file is missing. Usually caused by version control (git) not copying it.
Solution: Try copying from the source again. If this file is missing, it cannot be reconstructed.
