There are a few reasons your Lens might not unlock when you scan your marker:
- Visibility - Your Lens must be a publicly visible Community Lens. Scan-to-unlock is not supported for Business Lenses.
- Time - Your image marker(s) must be cached before they can be used for scan-to-unlock. Image markers are cached once per business day.
- Marker Quality - Your image marker might not be recognizable to the camera. Please see the Marker guide for examples of good and bad markers.
- Competition - If your Lens shares a marker with another Lens, both will appear in your scan results. Try using a unique image to avoid overlap with other Lenses.
