Yes! You can still add Face effects when creating Lenses for Spectacles footage.
Keep in mind that since a Lens for Spectacles runs only on pre-recorded content, faces may not show up during the video playback. In order to not confuse your audience, be sure to make your Lens work even when there are no faces in a video.
