Although your Lens size might be under the file size requirements, perhaps your memory consumption is too high. Check the performance requirements guide for more details on memory consumption requirements.
4 MB is the limit for zipped Lens size, but Lens Studio also has a limit for memory consumption. The optimal RAM memory we recommend is under 130 MB and you can check memory consumption by pushing your Lens to device and clicking on the settings button as described in the Pairing to Snapchat guide.
