First try resetting Lens Studio's pairing settings by selecting Pairing > Disconnect from the application menu. If that doesn't work, it's possible you need to download the latest version of Snapchat. The information displayed in the App Store shows the newest version of the app regardless of your current OS version.
You can see your current Snapchat version by going into Settings and swiping all the way to the bottom beneath Log Out. To see what minimum version of Snapchat you need, open Lens Studio and select Lens Studio -> About Lens Studio from the menu bar. There, refer to the Minimum Android Version and Minimum iOS Version entries.
If your Snapchat version is updated and you still can't pair, it's possible your Lens might be pushing the memory consumption limit. Lens Studio's limit for memory consumption is listed in the Performance and Optimization guide. You can check memory consumption by pushing your Lens to device and clicking on the settings button as described in the Pairing to Snapchat guide.
