Lens Studio requires that images are formatted the same as their filename extensions. Sometimes image editors will accidentally save .JPEG images with the .PNG extension and vice versa. Additionally, Lens Studio requires images be less than 2048 x 2048 resolution. Check the Logger panel for additional details on why the image didn't import.
