Here is some basic troubleshooting information:
- Restart your browser or the application
- Restart your computer
- If you’re on Windows - make sure Snap Camera has been started before the target application (Zoom, Skype) or before you have opened a browser tab for your Hangouts meeting
- If Snap Camera is crashing, please update drivers for your graphics card, preferably from your graphic card vendor’s website
