    Why does my Lens keep making my phone crash?

    You may need to check the Lens' memory consumption in the Pairing to Snapchat guide. A Lens that crashes Snapchat is likely consuming too much memory for the device. The RAM memory limit for Lenses is listed in the Performance and Optimization guide. If your Lens is crashing, we recommend disabling elements of your Lens until you're able to check your memory consumption to help find the culprit.

    • Copy and paste this text into your TerminalCommand Window
      open ~/Library/Preferences/Snap/Lens\ Studio/ %LOCALAPPDATA%\Snap\Lens Studio Copy Text
    • Press ReturnEnter to run the command. The Lens Studio folder will automatically open
    • Prepare to upload your files: zip the "Log" Folder by right-clicking and choosing "compress."
      Locate the Log.txt file right above it.
