You can easily get the position of eye balls using the Eye Tracking component. Simply go to the objects panel and press the + button > Eyeballs to add the component.
You can also utilize Face Landmarks to get data for the pupils or 14 other points along each eye. See the Face Landmarks Template for an example of how to attach objects to specific points.
