Could be several reasons why you are experiencing this. Animated gifs work just fine on my end.

I see. You may have to resubmit the lens. That may work. Start a new project... Update existing lens and replace the initial lens.

I do this all the time. You have to do it in a different program though, Lens Studio does not allow you to do this. That's Drake if you know who that is. I have tried repeatedly for assistan...

I believe you have to have a certain amount of people click or use the lens for the statistics to show. Also, they only update once a day.
