OLC (Official lens creator) is a invite only by snap themselves now.  You might get their attention by, - Being active on the forum, - Helping others, - Keep making lenses etc.

Hi, it may not be compatible with Snap Camera, but you can always try to email snapchat so they can figure out what's the isuse. lensstudio-support@snapchat.com
