Timer Lens?!

Hi there, I am a beginner user of Lens studio! I would like to create a timer lens using this amazing application! Is there any possible way to do that? The thing I expect is really simple, whenever the camera detects a face, it can show a timer, a timer similar to the most basic online stopwatch, where you can press start and it starts to time.

Somehow, I don't see any timer option in the Lens Studio, therefore I decided to voice out for some help and advice! Thanks and I look forward to hearing some of your opinions!
